3D Structural Modeling

We have experience creating conceptual and detailed 3D models for industrial plants, modular structures, commercial and institutional buildings

Erection Drawings

On these drawings all steel members are shown and tagged according to assembly drawings. Different views and specific details allow erectors to assemble the structure in a timely manner.

Fabrication Drawings

These drawings show all the necessary information required to fabricate each steel member, our drawings are clearly presented to help our clients keep their focus on fabrication and avoid requests for clarification

CNC Files

We supply files for control numeric machines in different formats as DXF, DSTV. Using this information, the fabrication process is speed up and the possibility of errors decreased as precise data is used by machines to cut plates, punching or drilling holes, and perform other fabrication processes.

Bill of Materials

Bill of materials are based on data obtained directly form the 3D model, we supply accurate material reports to allow our customers to plan their material schedule and orders from suppliers

Custom Reports

We adapt to client standards and provide reports to manage materials, parts, assemblies and bolts.
